In keeping with the WILPF focus on Women Challenging U. S. Policy we will learn
•    how and why The United States is involved in the continuing militarization of Israel,
•    how the building of the Separation Barrier underscores divisions among Israelis.
The WILPF Middle-East Committee will serve as your guide.

The 19th amendment granted women the right to vote. The 19th Amendment states:

"The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or
abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex. Congress
shall have power to enforce this article legislation."
